Darius Fulghum Vs. David Stevens Ends In A Majority Draw

Darius Fulghum and David Stevens ended in a majority draw, 96-94 Fulghum, 95-95, 95-95, on the undercard of Vergil Ortiz Jr. vs. Erickson Lubin in their middleweight bout, as you can see how the fight played out. 

Fulghum entered the fight, having suffered the only loss of his career against Bektemir Melikuziev in May. The loss also ended his two-weight knockout winning streak. He was currently ranked sixth by the WBA, as he has eyes on a future title shot. Meanwhile, Stevens secured a win over Petr Khamukov in his last fight, which was the perfect response to his split decision defeat to Melikuziev last November. The fight failed to live up to expectation, as they boxed to a draw.
