Dvalishvili Beats Cory To Retain Bantamweight Belt
UFC Bantamweight Champion Merab Dvalishvili retained his title, beating Cory Sandhagen at UFC 320, as you can see how the fight played out.
Dvalishvili entered this title defense in the midst of a phenomenal run, carrying an incredible 13-fight winning streak into the cage. He secured the belt with a win over Sean O’Malley in September 2024, defending his title twice, securing wins in his immediate rematch with O’Malley and a victory over Umar Nurmagomedov. Sandhagen had won four of his last five appearances, including a key win over the Deiveson Figueiredo in May. Sandhagen’s only recent setback was a loss to Umar Nurmagomedov last August, but Merab was another opponent he could not overcome. Here is how the fight played out.
