Riakporhe Stops Welch Inside Two Rounds

Heavyweight Richard Riakporhe stopped Tommy Welch in the second round on the Chris Eubank Jr. vs. Conor Benn undercard, as you can see how the fight played out live. 

Riakporhe’s record now stands at 19-1, with 15 wins by way of knockout. He had been campaigning at cruiserweight, but made the move up after his loss to Chris Billam-Smith. He arrived into the fight with a stoppage win over Kevin Nicolas Espindola. Meanwhile, Welch was undefeated with a 16-0 record, with nine knockouts to his name. He entered into the fight with a win over Kevin Nicolas Espindola in November, but he has now suffered his first loss.
